摘 要: | 基于煤矿开采对生态环境的扰动影响,提出了低碳生态矿山的概念,探讨了低碳生态矿山建设模式及评价指标体系。依靠技术创新,实现了充填采煤、保水开采、瓦斯抽采与利用、地热源利用和循环经济等绿色开采与低碳生态矿山建设的目的。提高了矿井安全保障和集约高效程度,而且提高了资源回收与“三废”开发利用率,达到减少能源消耗和保护生态环境的目的。为低碳生态矿山建设与实现提供了有效技术途径。

Abstract: | Based on coal mining disturbance on the ecological environment,the concept of low carbon ecological mine was put forward,discussed the construction mode and evaluation index system of low carbon ecological mining.Rely on technological innovation,achieved the purpose of green mining and low carbon ecological construction such as filling coal mining,water preserved mining,gas extraction and utilization,geothermal energy utilization and circular economy.Mine safety and high level of intensive,resource recovery and the utilization rate of “three wastes” was improved,achieved the purpose of reducing energy consumption and protecting ecological environment,which provided an effective way for low-carbon ecological mining construction. |
