| 摘 要： | 对松属６个树种种子过氧化物同功酶谱带进行分析研究，结果表明，其过氧化物同功酶谱带的数量及相对迁移率都具有特异性．对于这类种子以及幼苗形态相似而不易区别的树种，这种方法，可以作为鉴定种子真实性的指标．

| Abstract: | The bands spectrum of peroxidase isoenzymes from 6 Pinus species seeds was formed and analysed by means of electrophoretic analysis method.The results show that the quantity and relative mobility of each band speCtrum has distinctive characteristics and that the characteristics can be used as identification target of the authenticity of Pinus species seeds and other tree seeds that look alike and are difficult to be distinguished. |
