恶性肿瘤患者临终关怀护士岗位胜任力指标体系的构建

目的构建恶性肿瘤患者临终关怀护士岗位胜任力指标体系。方法在质性研究基础上,拟定初期指标体系及专家函询问卷,通过两轮Delphi专家咨询,确定指标及各级指标权重。结果两轮函询问卷的有效回收率分别为100.00%和88.89%,专家的权威系数为0.875,两轮函询总指标重要性的专家意见肯德尔协调系数由0.123增至0.379(P<0.01)。最终构建了涵盖4个一级维度、14个二级维度和83个三级条目的恶性肿瘤患者临终关怀护士岗位胜任力指标体系。结论本研究构建的恶性肿瘤患者临终关怀护士岗位胜任力指标体系符合我国基本国情,对恶性肿瘤患者临终关怀护士的岗位培训、考核评价、能力培养等具有借鉴意义。

The Construction of Competence Index of Hospice Nurses for Malignant Tumor Patients

Objective To establish an index system for the competence of hospice nurses for patients with malignant tumors(CHNPMT)in China.Methods Based on the qualitative research,the initial CHNPMT and expert letter questionnaire were preliminarily developed,and Delphi method was adopted to conduct two rounds of expert consultation to determine indexes and index weights of all levels.Results The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of Delphi survey were 100.00%and 88.89%.The expert authority coefficient was 0.875.The Kendall’s coefficient of concordance W of the 2 rounds of the expert opinions on the importance of the total indicators increased from 0.123 to 0.379(P<0.01).The final CHNPMT consists of 4 first-level indicators,14 second level indicators and 83 third-level indicators.Conclusion The CHNPMT established in this study conforms to China’s basic national conditions,which has reference significance for the job training,assessment and ability cultivation of hospice care nurses for malignant tumor patients.
