| 摘 要： | 给出一种实用的，基于ＩＰＣ（工业ＰＣ）的内嵌式ＰＬＣ系统实现方法。该方法具有易于实现，通用性好，独立性强等优点，尤其适合于单机，单ＣＰＵ的ＣＮＣ系统使用。用该方法开发的ＰＬＣ系统，除了具有ＰＬＣ指令编辑，编译，执行等功能，还具有ＰＬＣ端子状态和梯形图显示等有利于ＣＮＣ系统调试的功能。系统经实际应用，效果良好。

| Abstract: | One method of realizing builtin PLC based on IPC (Industrial Personal Computer) is given in this paper, this method is suitable for CNC system with one CPU, and can make the structure of CNC compact. The PLC system realized by this method is capable of PLC command editing, compiling, and executing, besides this, both terminal signals and ladder diagram is provided with the help of rich software resource of IPC, these two are convenient in CNC system debugging stage. This method is a universal method and is easy to be realized. This method has been applied in CNC system of our institute. |
