摘    要:以某球铁板形铸件为研究对象,用DISA线垂直分型的浇注系统设计方法设计了铸件的浇注系统,运用均衡凝固理论设计了铸件冒口,用数值模拟方法对设计工艺进行了反复的对比优化,并实际浇注铸件进行了验证。研究表明:用均衡凝固理论设计冒口时,不能只局限于用几何结构来划分结构分体,还要根据壁厚差的情况才能划分出合理的结构体;底注式浇注系统并非总是最为平稳的浇注系统;用均衡凝固理论结合数值模拟方法优化了汽车支架的铸造工艺。

Abstract:On the basis of a plate casting made of QT450-10,the pouring system is designed using the method used for DISA vertical parting production line. The risers are designed by adopting proportional solidification theory,and after repeating comparison and optimization through numerical simulation,the better plan is finally decided,which then was verified by real casting. The results showed that when using proportional solidification theory to design riser,not only the geometrical shape,but the difference of the casting wall thickness should be also considered to divide the component of the total. The bottom pouring system is not always the most stable system. The casting process of the car bracket was optimized by using the proportional solidification theory in combination with numerical simulation.
