摘    要:提出直接利用搓滚加工微型电机轴过程中产生的热量对其进行表面淬火处理,使表面淬火工艺和加工过程一体化,减小了轴的变形,减少了生产工序,降低了成本和污染,提高了加工效率。搓滚热量主要来源于搓滚过程中的塑性耗散能和弹性滞后能。在受力分析的基础上,导出了搓滚热量计算公式;分析了工件的温度场,初步探讨了搓滚工艺参数对表面淬火的影响。

Abstract:Utilizing heat from scrubbing and rolling micromotor shaft for its surface quenching was put forward.It integrated the surface hardening process with the machining process.As a result,it reduced the deformation of shaft,working procedure,expenditure and pollution but enhanced working efficiency.Scrubbing and rolling heat was main make up of plastic dissipative energy and elastic hysteresis energy.The calculation formula of scrubbing and rolling heat was deduced based on stress analysis.The temperature field of workpiece was analyzed,and the influence on surface quenching of technological parameters was primary studied.
