| 摘 要： | 夹板局部外固定治疗骨折是具有我国特点的一种骨折疗法。我们对前臂骨折的治疗进行了实验,得到了临床上关心的约束力最优值,并给出了约束力、效应力和肌肉内在动力的关系。该结果对夹板局部外固定治疗骨折具有普遍意义。

An Anatgtic Study of Reslrietive Forces of Small Splint in the Treatment of Forearm Fracture |

| Abstract: | Local splint fixation is a Chinese characterized method. An perimental study was carried out in the treatment of fore arm fracture. The data of the restriltiue forces which concerned by clinic were obtained. The analytical metheds of the relationship within the restrictive forces, the effec tive forces and the intvinsic dynamic muscle forces coere outlined. The results are signif ieartl y for the using of small splint in the treatment of fractures. |
