摘    要:为适应多温共配的需求,提高信息化程度,监测冷链配送中温湿度信息。以NRF2401无线通信模块为核心,设计了基于无线传感网络(WSN)的多温共配冷链信息采集系统。系统包括了采集温湿度的传感器节点,组织网络和汇集数据的协调器节点,以及实时监测与数据上传的车载监测终端。对该系统进行了冷链环境测试、传感器节点功耗测试以及通信性能测试。结果表明,网络工作稳定,通信可靠,传感器节点待机功耗为0.28 mA,可以满足多温共配冷链温湿度信息采集与监测的要求。

Information collection system for multi-temperature joint distribution chain based on wireless sensor network

Abstract:A real-time information collection system is designed for multi-temperature joint distribution based on wireless sensor network ( WSN), which is to meet the need of multi-temperature distribution, and to improve the in- formationization management in multi-temperature joint distribution. This system included a sensor node for collection temperature and humidity, a coordinator for network organization and data collection, and a vehicle monitoring terminal for real-time monitoring and data upload. Some tests including cold chain environmental and sensor node power and communication performance were conducted. The result showed that this network is stable, reliable and sensor mode consumption is 0.28 mA in standby mode. Therefore, this system can be potentially used in collection and monitoring information of temperature and humidity for multi-temperature distribution food.
