不同喂养方式对早产/低出生体重儿出院后生长状况的影响

目的监测早产/低出生体重儿体重、身长的发育情况,分析不同喂养方式对早产/低出生体重儿出院后生长状况的影响。方法 2006年6月至2009年6月在我院出生的早产/低出生体重儿55例,分别给予母乳加早产儿奶粉(A组)和母乳加足月儿奶粉(B组)喂养,评估其校正胎龄至37周后第1、2、3、4、5、6、9、12月的身长、体重指标。结果两组第1、2、3、4、5、6、9、12月体重和身长净增长量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论早产/低出生体重儿出院后,无论母乳加早产儿奶粉或是母乳加足月儿奶粉喂养,其体重和身长净增长量均能达到健康足月儿的速度。

The influence of different feeding way on growth of premature/low birth weight infants after discharge

Objective To monitor weight and height developments of premature/low birth weight infants and assess the influence of different feeding way on growth of premature/low birth weight infants after discharge. Methods 55 hospitalized newborn infants during June 2006 to June 2009 were divided into two groups according to feeding type. The infants who were fed human milk plus premature infants＇formula were group A. The infants who were fed human milk plus term infants＇formula were group B. Their body length, weight indexes of 1,2,3,4,5,6,9,12 mouths after the correction gestational age to 37 weeks were evaluated. Results NO significant differences were observed between body length,weight indexes of group A and those of group B （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions Whether infants were fed by human milk plus premature infants＇formula or human milk plus term infants＇formula, their weight and height growth can reach the speed of health term infants.
