摘    要:江西某赤铁矿是一种嵌布粒度极细、分布极其均匀,十分难选的胶体赤铁矿.采用高梯度脉动磁选机,原矿经过三次磨矿三次选别,其精矿品位仅能达到57%左右,回收率不足10%.采用摇床重选品位只能从49%提高到50%,基本上起不到富集作用.通过采用磁化焙烧-磁选工艺,才从根本上解决了选矿回收难题.

Abstract:The colloidal hematite from Jiangxi province is featured by very fine dissemination size,very even size distribution and very great difficulty of beneficiation.As high intensity pulse type magnetic separator and 3 stages of ore grinding & separating are adopted,the grade of concentrates reaches nothing more than 57% with a recovery less than 10%.When gravity separation through shaking table is added,the grade will just rise from 49% to 50% that is not a mentionable enrichment.Finally,the technology of magne...
