沧州市高校教师亚健康现状调查与分析

目的了解沧州市高校教师亚健康现状并探讨其影响因素和防治策略。方法参照中华预防医学会制定的第三状态量化表以及WHO生存质量测定简表,抽取沧州市4所高校580名教师进行问卷调查。结果沧州市高校教师亚健康发生率为69.44%,不同性别、年龄、学历、职称间差异有统计学意义。单因素Logistic回归分析表明心理压力、工作紧张、睡眠质量和缺乏锻炼等是亚健康的重要危险因素。结论沧州市高校教师的健康状况不容乐观,尤其是中年教师,应采取积极的行为干预和心理调整,提高高校教师的健康水平。

Survey and Analysis on Current Status of Sub- health Among Teachers of Cangzhou Universities

Objective To investigate the sub-health condition of college teachers in Cangzhou City,and to explore its influencing factors and prevention strategies. Methods Referring to quantization table of the third state published by Chinese Preventive Medicine Association（CPMA） and WHO Quality of Life Scale-brief version（WHOQOL-BREF）,the questionnaires were designed to survey 580 teachers who were randomly selected from four colleges of Cangzhou City. Results The incidence rate of sub-health among college teachers of Cangzhou City was 69.44%.There were statistically significant differences in different genders,ages,educational levels and professional titles.Single factor Logistic regression analysis showed that psychological stress,job stress,sleep quality and lack of exercise were the important risk factors for sub-health. Conclusions The health status of college teachers in Cangzhou City is not optimistic,especially the middle-aged teachers.Positive behavior intervention and psychological adjustment should be adopted to improve the health level of college teachers.
