| 摘 要： | 针对当前高职汽车维修专业要培养学生适应工作一线的能力要求,从校企技术交流、人才培养模式、课程教学体系、师资队伍建设等方面进行了探索,提出了切实可行的措施,为当前倡导的应用型人才培养提供了一种可参考的教学模式。

| Abstract: | According to the requirement of cultivating students’ ability to adapt to frontline at present in higher vocational automobile maintenance major,this paper makes an exploration from technology exchange between colleges and enterprises,talents’ cultivating mode,curriculum teaching system and the construction of teaching staff.It puts forward feasible measures,and provides one referenced teaching mode of applicable talents’ cultivation advocated at present. |
