试论中医理论指导下的中晚期恶性肿瘤中西医整合治疗

恶性肿瘤已成为全球范围内威胁人类健康的重大疾病之一中晚期恶性肿瘤在临床上治疗颇为棘手文章提出中晚期恶性肿瘤治疗应该把握两个要点:一是要以中医理论作为指导,充分运用中医理论优势,多种辨证思路相结合;二是要整合多种治疗手段,在中医理论指导下整合运用中医药、介入微创、化疗、靶向、免疫等多种手段,同时整合运用内服外用、局部整体等多种方法,通过对本疗法的介绍给中晚期恶性肿瘤提供中西医结合整合治疗思路。

Discussion on the integrated treatment of Chinese and Western medicine on advanced malignant tumor under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory

Malignant tumors have become one of the major diseases threatening human health in the world.Advanced malignant tumors are difficult to treat clinically.In this paper,two points should be grasped in the treatment of advanced malignant tumors.For making full use of the theoretical advantages of traditional Chinese medicine,a variety of dialectical thinking is combined.The second is to integrate treatment.It actively integrates traditional Chinese medicine,minimally invasive intervention,chemotherapy,targeting,immunity and other means,integrates internal and external use,local whole and other methods.Through the introduction of this therapy to provide advanced malignant tumors in the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment ideas.
