摘    要:针对某炼化企业乙二醇装置环氧乙烷解析塔底离心泵运行性能严重下降可能导致发生故障或事故的实际情况,结合操作工况详细分析了该泵产生单侧气蚀现象的原因,提出了相应的处理措施并实施,消除了制约生产的设备隐患。

Abstract:In view of existing situation of the running function serious decrease and the possibili- ty of breakdown and malfunction of a centrifugal pump in a petroleum and chemical plant, the cause of uneven cavitation was thoroughly analyzed and feasible plans were made. Then the hid- den equipment trouble was resolved thoroughly. It can also provide a good reference to resolve the similar problem for a person of the same occupation.
