摘    要:为解决海上平台发电机现场大修的难题,将发电机陆地维修技术应用到海上平台中.概括了海上油气平台主发电机在线检修策略和方法,初步探讨了发电机转子抽芯方案,归纳了发电机超期运行后几种常见故障表现形式及解决方案,最终实现了发电机海上正常运转.该研究结果为海上各类型发电机实现现场检修奠定了基础.

Abstract:To solve the offshore platform generator site overhaul problem,it is necessary to apply the generator onshore maintenance technology on the offshore platform. The on-line maintenance strategies and methods of offshore oil gas platform main generator were generalized, the generator rotor core-pulling scheme was preliminary explored, the several common fault forms and solutions after generator extended operation were concluded,and finally the generator normal operation was achieved. The study results lay the foundation for sit maintenance of all types of generators.
