摘    要:目的 :研究低强度氦氖激光对体外培养的BALB/c小鼠胸腺细胞增殖的影响。方法 :采用MTT法检测不同功率密度、不同照射时间对不同起始培养密度小鼠胸腺细胞的增殖作用。结果 :低强度氦氖激光对小鼠胸腺细胞的增值有促进作用 ,当照射功率密度为 3.32 5mW /cm2 、照射时间 1~ 5分钟、起始细胞培养密度 2× 10 6个 /ml时效果最佳。结论 :低强度氦氖激光对小鼠胸腺细胞的增值有促进作用 ,促进小鼠胸腺细胞体外增殖的最佳条件为功率密度 3.32 5mW/cm2 、照射时间 1~ 5分钟、起始细胞培养密度 2× 10 6个 /ml,而照射时间超过 2 0min均会使细胞增殖受抑

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the influence of low energy He-Ne laser irradiation on mouse thynocytes proliferation in vitro.Methids:Using MTT assay to investigate the influences of different irradiation intensity,different irradiation time and different initial thymocytes density on the proliferation of thymocytes.Results:Low energy He-Ne laser irradiation has enhancing influences on mouse thymocytes proliferation in vitro.The most obvius effects can be observed when the irradiation power density is 3.325mWcm2,the irradiation time is 1~5 min and the initial thymocutes cultivation density is 2 106/ml.Conclusion:Low energy He-Ne laser irradiation has enhanding influences on louse thymocytes proliferation in vitro.The optimal proliferation enhancement coneitions are 3.325mWcm2 irradiation power densrty. 1~5 min irradiation time and an initial thymocytes cultivation density of 2 106/ml,respectively.However,proliferation will be inhibited if the irradiation time wxceeds 20 min.
