高强钢焊接变形预防控制工艺

摘    要:WELTEN-950PE高强钢在工程机械行业被广泛应用,然而当焊接件的焊缝较长时易产生内凹、外凸、旁弯等焊接变形。根据实际生产性能与安全设计要求,采用"预留反变形、焊缝加垫板、组对零间隙、取消打底焊"的工艺方案,以有效控制STC75臂架焊接变形,尤其是解决严重内凹与外凸问题。研究结果将有助于STC75臂架冷作工艺的改进,对臂架冷作质量提升具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:WELTEN-950PE high strength steel is widely used in construction machinery industry.However,when the weld seam of a welding part is longer,it easy to produce welding deformation such as concave and convex,lateral bending.Based on actual production performance and safety design requirement,a technology program is proposed,which is setting aside the anti-deformation,plussing weld pad,matching with zero gap,cancelling the backing weld,in order to effectively control the weld deformation of STC75 boom,especially to solve the severe concave and convex.The findings will contribute to the improvement on the cold-forming technology perfornances of STC75 boom,to enhance the quality of the boom.
