薄壁气缸体零件的夹具设计

针对薄壁气缸体零件不易装夹、加工时易产生变形、精度不高、生产效率低的特点,在对零件进行工艺分析的基础上,制订了零件的机械加工工艺,设计了适用于批量生产的专用夹具。实践证明:该工装能够保证加工的精度,提高生产效率,适合批量生产,具有技术创新性。

Design of Fixture for Thin-walled Cylinder Block

In light of the processing characteristics of the thin-walled cylinder block parts,such as difficult to fix on,easy to deform in processing,and low in product accuracy and production efficiency,we designed a special fixture for bulk production on the basis of analyzing the machining process.Practice proves that the fixture could ensure the accuracy of processing,and improve production efficiency,being suitable for mass production.
