基于循环经济的技术创新活动

循环经济是一种崭新的生态型的经济活动形式，基于循环经济的技术创新必须实现价值转换：技术效益型向技术生态型的范式转化；线性创新模式向环型创新模式转化；技术创新战略的生态性转向和提供新的创新政策工具。在技术创新循环模式中，存在着四个知识和信息循环：环境——生产，环境——中间试验，环境——R＆D活动。环境——创新源。这是基于循环经济的技术创新的关键。

The Activity of Technology Innovation Based on the Circular Economy

Circular economy is a brand-new form of economic activity.Technology innovation based on the circular economy must realize the change of value that technologic paradigm of benefit type changed to technologic paradigm of ecotype,the lined mode of innovation changed to the ring mode of innovation,technology innovation strategy took place the change toward to ecological direction and new policy tools of innovation were provided.There are four circles of knowledge and information that are from environment to production,from environment to media experiment,from environment to R&D,from environment to source of innovation.This is the key to technology innovation based on the Circular Economy.
