炼油污水回用于循环冷却水

抚顺石油二厂各装置排放的生产及生活废水经过二级处理,达到辽宁省污水排放标准后,经深度处理,作为循环冷却水的补水,当回用污水量占总补水量的2/3,循环水采取有机膦与锌盐复配的水质稳定处理方案时,循环冷却水系统的腐蚀速率、污垢沉积速率及异氧菌总数等指标均在控制范围,年节约费用约65万元。

Reutilization of Refinery Wastewater for Circulating Cooling Water

The production and domestic wastewater discharged from the various units of Fushun No.2Petroleum Plant is used for the make-up water of circulating cooling water after reaching the standard of Liaon ing Province for the discharging of wastewater through a secondary treatment and a following deep treatment.When the quantity of the reutilized wastewater accounts for about2/3of the total quantity of the make-up water and the circulating water is treated by the method of using a built agent of organophosphorus and zinc salt,the corrosion rate and fouling rate of the circulating cooling water system as well as the total number of heterotrophic bacteria,etc.,are all within controlled ranges,with about650,000yuan saved annually.
