摘    要:油藏经营管理方案包括多个单项基础方案,是一个复杂的综合性方案。油藏经营管理的目标之一是实现利润最大化,二是提高资源利用率,实现可持续发展目标。它的优选是一个多目标的决策问题。该文应用层次分析方法对油藏经营方案优选技术进行了探讨。层次分析决策流程涉及到确定决策层次、确定每一个决策变量的权重、计算优先顺序和所做决策合理化分析,最终结果是找出最优方案。通过对油藏经营管理方案目标进行分析.构造油藏经营管理方案的层次分析结构。该层次结构分为4层,通过构建两两比较的判断矩阵,制定问卷调查表;开展问卷调查;向判断矩阵输入获得的值,计算层次中每层的向量权重;把所有方案按照优先权重排序,找出最优方案,从而解决油藏经营管理方案多目标的优化决策问题。

Abstract:Reservoir management plan includes the multiple simple basic plans, which is a complicated comprehensive program. The aim of reservoir management is to realize the profit maximization, increase the resource utilization ratio and realize the aim of sustainable development. The optimization of plan is a decision problem of multiple destinations. This paper discusses the optimal method of reservoir management through the use of analytical hierarchy process. The hierarchy analysis steps involve the determination of decision hierarchy and the weight of each decision variable, the calculation of priority ranking and the rationalization analysis of decision. The final effect is to find out the optimal plan. The paper establishes the hierarchy analysis structure of reservoir management plan by the aim analysis of reservoir management. The hierarchy structure can be divided into four hierarchies. Questionnaire can be drawn up through constructing a pairwise comparison of judgement matrix. The questionnaire survey should be carried on. The obtained values should be inputted into the judgement matrix to calculate the vector weight of each hierarchy. All plans should be ranked according to the order of priority weight to find out the optimal plan in order to resolve the muhiobjective optimal decision question of reservoir management.
