糯东煤矿副平硐返修段围岩控制技术

摘    要:糯东煤矿副平硐原支护方式采用U型钢支护,但局部区域由于地质条件复杂,围岩强度低,没有达到预期的支护效果,支架扭曲变形,巷道围岩破碎、变形严重。针对糯东煤矿副平硐出现的支护问题,采用钻孔窥视仪,对副平硐严重变形段进行钻孔窥视,测定围岩松动圈范围。根据钻孔窥视结果,结合工程类比法,确定副平硐严重变形段返修支护方案为锚杆支护+金属网+U型钢联合支护+喷射混凝土支护。巷道矿压监测结果表明,巷道围岩得到了有效控制,巷道断面能够满足矿井实际安全生产需求。

Abstract:The original supporting method of auxiliary adit in Nuodong Coal Mine adopts U-shaped steel supporting method.However,due to complex geological conditions and low surrounding rock strength in local areas,the expected supporting effect is not achieved.The support is distorted and deformed,and the surrounding rock of the roadway is broken and deformed.serious.Aiming at the supporting problems in auxiliary adit of Nuodong Coal Mine,a borehole peeping instrument was used to drill through the severely deformed section of the auxiliary adit to determine the range of surrounding rock loose zone.According to the borehole peeping results and the engineering analogy method,the repairing supporting scheme for the severely deformed section of the auxiliary tunnel was determined as anchor supporting + metal mesh + U-shaped steel combined supporting + shotcrete supporting.The results of roadway mine pressure monitoring indicated that the surrounding rock of the roadway is effectively controlled and the roadway section can meet the actual production needs.
