中厚煤层综采面切顶沿空留巷围岩控制技术研究

摘    要:为解决煤矿采掘接替紧张、巷道围岩控制困难等问题,以鹿台山矿为研究背景,综合理论分析、现场试验等手段,对沿空留巷上覆岩层运动规律开展研究,提出沿空留巷围岩控制的关键技术。研究结果表明:根据沿空留巷上覆岩层运动结构及其运动特征,提出沿空巷道围岩稳定性控制基本原理,并确定沿空留巷围岩控制应在采空区侧强制切顶卸压、巷道顶板加强、挡矸防护和滞后支护组成的沿空留巷围岩控制技术;留巷巷道顶底板下沉量98 mm,底板底鼓量最大约102 mm,实体煤帮最大变形量约134 mm,采空区帮最大变形量约108 mm,锚索最大受力322 kN,留巷变形在合理范围内,留巷效果良好,可为类似条件下的切顶沿空留巷工程提供借鉴。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems such as the tension of coal mining replacement and the difficulty of roadway surrounding rock control,taking Lutaishan Mine as the research background,comprehensive theoretical analysis,field test and other means,this paper studied the movement law of overlying strata along gob-side entry retaining,and to put forward the key technology of surrounding rock control along gob-side entry retaining.The research results showed that:according to the movement structure and movement characteristics of overlying strata of gob-side entry retaining,the basic principle of stability control of surrounding rock was put forward,and it was determined that the surrounding rock control technology of gob-side entry retaining should be composed of forced roof cutting and pressure relief,roof strengthening,gangue protection and lagging supporting;the roof and floor sinking of gob-side entry retaining was 98 mm,and the maximum floor heave was about 102 mm,and the maximum deformation of the solid coal side was about 134 mm,and the maximum deformation of goaf side was about 108 mm,and the maximum stress of anchor cable was 322 kN,and the deformation of retaining roadway was within a reasonable range,and the effect of the retaining roadway was good,which can be used for reference for roof cutting and gob-side entry retaining projects under similar conditions.
