基于教育教学研究实践探索学术立教的教学质量保障机制

新时期的医学教育将更加注重质量和人才素质的提高,作为教育工作者应该认真思考如何使医学教育更加适应时代教育的新需求,如何做好教学质量保障体系建设。有效教育研究能够提高教师的教学水平,打造高效课堂,从根本上提高教学质量,这其中教研活动是完善教学质量保障体系建设的有效促进形式。我院通过加强教育教学研究室的建设,搭建具有特色的教师教学发展共同体,推进教师发展体系体制改革,通过开展集体交叉备课及学术交流等形式培育教师“学习共同体”。

Exploration on the Mechanism of Teaching Quality Assurance of Academic Education Based on the Practice of Educational Teaching Research

Medical education in the new era will pay more attention to the improvement of quality and quality of talents.As an educator,we should seriously consider how to make medical education more suitable for the new needs of the times,and how to build a quality assurance system.Effective education research can improve the teaching level of teachers,create efficient classrooms,and fundamentally improve the quality of teaching.Among them,teaching and research activities are an effective form of improving the construction of teaching quality assurance system.By strengthening the construction of the education and teaching research room,our institute builds a community of teachers’teaching development,promotes the reform of the teacher development system,and fosters teachers’“learning community”through collective cross-curricular preparation and academic exchanges.
