高强度采动下巷道围岩与支护构件破坏机理研究

摘    要:针对高强度采动下巷道围岩与支护构件破坏问题,现场调查了高强度采动下巷道围岩与支护构件的破坏特征,采用理论与数值模拟方法计算了高强度采动下巷道围岩塑性区与位移,并依此分析了巷道围岩与支护构件的破坏机理。研究表明:高强度采动可以多次改变巷道围岩应力场方向与大小,巷道围岩塑性区形态亦相应不断转动近似等同的角度,进而引起巷道围岩呈现出特有的变形特性。这种围岩变形具有非线曲折性、局部强变形性、不对称性、大范围性。围岩变形的非线曲折性分高集度与低集度两种,低集度下锚杆杆体呈现分段弯曲、扭转等破坏特征,高集度下锚(杆)索破断剖面呈现为“Δ”、“Ⅰ”形态。围岩变形的局部强变形性与不对称性可导致型钢支架局部受力不均,使型钢支架呈现破裂、不对称弯曲等破坏现象。

Abstract:Aiming at the failure of the surrounding rock and supporting components of the roadway under high-intensity mining,the damage characteristics of the surrounding rock and supporting components of the roadway under high-intensity mining were investigated on the spot,and theoretical and numerical simulation methods were used to calculate the surrounding rock of the roadway under high-intensity mining.Based on the rock plastic zone and displacement,the failure mechanism of the surrounding rock and supporting components of the roadway is analyzed.Research showed that high-intensity and strong mining can change the direction and size of the stress field of the surrounding rock of the roadway many times,and the shape of the plastic zone of the surrounding rock of the roadway also continuously rotates approximately the same angle,which in turn causes the surrounding rock of the roadway to show unique deformation characteristics.This kind of surrounding rock deformation has non-linear tortuosity,strong local deformation,asymmetry,and wide range.The non-linear tortuosity of surrounding rock deformation is divided into two types:high concentration and low concentration.Under low concentration,the anchor rod body shows segmental bending,torsion and other failure characteristics.Under high concentration,the anchor(rod) cable breaking section appears as "Δ","Ⅰ" form.The strong local deformability and asymmetry of surrounding rock deformation can lead to uneven local stress on the section steel bracket,which may cause the section steel bracket to show damage such as cracks and asymmetric bending.
