摘    要:为了解决对江南煤矿“先抽后建”以及煤与煤层气协调开发的问题,根据对江南煤矿采掘部署以及首采煤层M78煤体结构好、气含量高、渗透性较好的特点,对首采面提出了地面水平井和丛式井相结合的方式进行高效地面预抽瓦斯,而对较晚开采的备用面和准备面采用丛式井地面预抽方式。模拟显示,地面抽采5年后,首采面M78煤层瓦斯有了大幅度降低,最高降低幅度超过50%。在地面预抽后井下采用底板排水巷定向长钻孔抽采技术,实现井上下立体化抽采。该工艺降低了煤矿瓦斯治理投资,提高了煤炭安全生产的效率,同时可充分有效地利用煤层气资源。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of "pumping first and then constructing" and the coordinated development of coal and coalbed methane in Duijiangnan according to the mining deployment of Duijiangnan Coal Mine and the characteristics of M78 reservoir in the first mining seam,such as good coal body structure,high gas content and good permeability,the first mining face in the first mining area is first exploited in the mining deployment,aiming at the first mining face.The combination of surface horizontal well and cluster well is used for efficient surface pre-drainage,while cluster well surface pre-drainage is used for reserve face and preparation face of late mining.The simulation shows that after 5 years of surface drainage,the gas in M78 coal seam of the first mining face has been greatly reduced,with the maximum reduction of more than 50%.After surface pre-pumping,the directional long borehole pumping technology of floor drainage lane is adopted to realize the three-dimensional pumping.In the whole project design,the application of this technics has reduced the investment of coal mine gas control,improves the efficiency of coal safety production,and at the same time can make full use of coal bed methane resources.
