煤矿用液压挖掘机在三软煤巷掘进中的应用

在三软煤层地质条件下进行煤炭开采，煤巷围岩矿压大，巷道变形快，底鼓严重，巷道支护要求高，在这种情况下掘进作业空间小，继而严重影响煤巷掘进时掘进机械设备的投入使用。河南省偃龙地区三软煤层地质条件下，综采工作面煤巷掘进时机械化掘进设备的应用，一直是个技术难题。以偃龙地区永煤公司所属矿二一采区2108运输巷东1号三软段为例，结合现场实际情况，将矿用液压挖掘机应用到该段煤巷掘进中，着重分析了矿用液压挖掘机在三软煤层条件下煤巷掘进中的适用性。实践表明，在三软煤层地质条件下，相较于传统的人工掘进，矿用液压挖掘机适用性强，大大节约人工成本，同时提高了作业效率，改善了作业环境，具有很大的经济效益和社会效益。

Application of hydraulic excavator for coal mine in driving Three Soft coal roadway

Under geological conditions of Three Soft coal seams,the surrounding rock pressure of coal roadway was large,and the roadway deformation was fast,and the floor heave was serious,and supporting requirements of roadway were high.In this case,the driving operation space was small,which seriously affected the use of driving machinery.Under geological conditions of Three Soft coal seams in Yanlong area of Henan Province,the application of mechanized driving equipment in the driving of coal roadway in the fully-mechanized mining face has always been a technical problem.Taking No.1 third soft section in the east of 2108 haulage roadway in the second mining area of Yongmei company in Yanlong area as an example,combined with actual situation of the site,the mining hydraulic excavator was applied to this section of coal roadway excavation,and the applicability of mining hydraulic excavator in the coal roadway excavation under condition of Three Soft coal seams was emphatically analyzed.The practice showed that under geological conditions of Three Soft coal seams,compared with traditional manual driving,the mining hydraulic excavator has strong applicability,greatly saved the labor cost,improved the working efficiency,improved working environment,and has great economic and social benefits.
