桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤治疗冠心病伴室性期前收缩临床观察

目的探讨桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤治疗冠心病伴室性期前收缩的临床疗效。方法选取收治的冠心病伴室性期前收缩患者54例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各27例。对照组予以西药对症治疗;治疗组在对照组的基础上予以桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤口服,2组均连续治疗4周。比较2组患者临床疗效、24 h动态心电图及中医证候积分改善情况。结果治疗组患者24 h动态心电图情况较对照组改善明显(P<0.05);治疗组患者中医证候积分降低幅度较对照组显著(P<0.05),治疗组患者临床总有效率为93%,显著优于对照组患者的70.37%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤的治疗方案可起到温补心阳、复脉定悸之功,可有效缓解甚或消除患者临床症状,故值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Observation on Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli Decoction in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease with Ventricular Premature Beat

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease with ventricular premature beats.Methods 54 patients with coronary heart disease and premature ventricular beats were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 27 cases in each group.The control group was given symptomatic treatment with Western medicine,while the treatment group was given Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli decoction orally on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,24 h dynamic electrocardiogram and improvement of TCM syndrome score were compared between the two groups.Results The 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram in the treatment group was significantly improved compared with that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 93%,which was significantly better than that of the control group(70.37%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease with ventricular premature beats can warm and tonify the heart-yang,compound the pulse and fix the palpitation.It can effectively alleviate or even eliminate the clinical symptoms of palpitation,chest tightness,shortness of breath and fear of cold,so it is worthy of clinical application.
