充血性心衰大鼠血浆降钙素基因相关肽的改变及地高辛的影响

摘    要:进一步观察充血性心力衰竭(CHF)大鼠血浆降钙素基因相关肽(calcitoningenerelatedpeptide,CGRP)的变化及地高辛的作用。方法采用实验性腹主动脉狭窄大鼠模型,观察左室重量指数(LVMI),放免测定血浆CGRP。结果模型组LVMI明显高于假手术组(P<0.001),地高辛组LVMI与模型组比无明显变化(P>0.05);模型组血浆CGRP明显低于假手术组(P<0.05),地高辛组血浆CGRP较模型组明显升高(P<0.05)。结论CHF大鼠血浆CGRP水平明显下降;地高辛明显升高CHF大鼠血浆CGRP水平;地高辛的正性肌力作用是否与升高血浆CGRP水平有关,有待深入研究

Change of Plasma Calcitonin Gene Related Peptide and Effect of Digoxin in Rat with Congestive Heart Failure
Abstract:Purpose To study the change of plasma calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) and effect of digoxin in the rat with chronic congestive heart failure (CHF). Methods Left ventricular mass index (LVMI),plasma CGRP were measured in the rat model by abdominal aortic stenosis.CGRP was measured by radioimmunoassay.Results It was found that LVMI of the model group was increased( P <0.001, vs control group),while that of the digoxin group unchanged( P >0.05, vs model group).The plasma CGRP of the model group was dec-reased ( P <0.05, vs control group),while that of the digoxin group increased ( P <0.05, vs model group). Conclusions The level of plasma CGRP in the model of CHF was decreased.Digoxin increased the level of plasma CGRP in the model.The relationship between the positive inotropic effect and the function to increase plasma CGRP of digoxin need to befurther explored.
