1000 MW 机组除氧器水位调节优化

摘    要:针对潮州电厂1000MW机组除氧器水位自动无法投入的问题,通过优化控制策略,使除氧器水位上水门、变频器自动正常投入,并取得较好控制效果。由于系统对凝泵出口压力控制要求高,除氧器主、副路上水门在机组非高负荷都需要关至一定开度。本次控制策略优化中,在高负荷阶段,变频调水位,上水门全开减少节流损失;非高负荷阶段,变频调压力,上水门调水位,同时上水门参考大机阀门顺阀控制方式,使用顺阀方式控制除氧器主、副路上水门。总体取得良好的调节品质,降低了凝泵耗电,并保证了系统安全,达到预期目的。

Optimization in Control of Deaerator Water Level for 1000 MW Unit
Abstract:By optimizing the control strategy for the problem in automatic operation of deaerator water level for 1000MW unit, the automatic of deaerator feed water valve and frequency converter is input well .So, water level is adjusted by frequency converter , while the feed water valve opening to reduce throttle losses in high load;in non high load ,pressure is adjusted by frequency converter , water level is adjusted by feed water valve , using the sequence valve of turbine to control the main and auxiliary feed water valve at the same time.The good control quality is achieved overall , reducing the power consumption of condensate pump, and to ensure the system security , to achieve the desired purpose .
