Abstract:Taking temperature control of resistance furnaces as an object,conventional PID control system for temperature was simulated by the adaptive fuzzy PID control algorithm and SIMULINK of MATLAB software due to some characteristics of temperature such as the nonlinearity,the time-varying property and the hysteresis quality,as well as problems like large-scaled overshoot and long-term adjustment.The simulation results showed that the adaptive fuzzy PID control has good control performance.Finally,PLC realization method was provided for the adaptive fuzzy PID control system.
