动态力校准中力传感器端部等效质量测量方法研究

摘    要:力传感器端部等效质量是动态力校准中的重要部分,其测量误差会对动态力校准产生较大影响。本文通过了解力传感器结构,确定力传感器端部等效质量的构成,并简单介绍了四种测量端部等效质量的方法。最后,利用两次配重消去法进行实验,将不同配合不同工况下得到的结果进行对比分析,说明该方法可以较好的解决测量端部等效质量问题。

Abstract:The equivalent mass of force sensors is an important component in dynamic force calibration,and errors of the measurement will have a great impact on dynamic force calibration. By introducing the structure of force sensors,we determine the composition of the equivalent mass of force sensors,and introduce four methods of measuring the equivalent mass. The results obtained in different cooperation ways and different conditions are analyzed and compared,and it shows that the equivalent mass can be measured by the twice counterweight elimination method.
