| 摘 要： | 详细分析了图书馆事业现存的体制和状况难于适应市场经济等方面的问题，分析了造成图书馆界人才大量流失和图书馆事业处于低谷的种种原因。提出了解决上述问题的方法及对策。指出图书馆事业要想走出低谷，适应市场经济的发展，就必须从服务方向、技术手段、组织体制等方面进行大胆的改革和创新。

| Abstract: | It is analysed herein in detail the various problems caused by the difficulty that the library' s current system and condition make it hard to adapt to the market economy system. Analysed also are reasons of the brain drain and the downside of the libraty. Solutions and strategy to the above-mentioned problems are proposed. It is pointed out that in order to stride out of the downside and adapt to the market economy,reform and innovations must be made in the direction of service, technical media,organization system and other aspects alike. |
