急倾斜煤层大段高综放开采围岩变形监测研究

摘    要:为研究急倾斜煤层大段高综放开采条件下围岩变形破坏的规律,对新疆碱沟煤矿+564m水平22m大段高工作面回采巷道、顶底板及顶煤体进行了围岩变形量监测。监测表明:工作面前方20m范围内,回采巷道顶底板变形量明显大于两帮变形量,但均在可控范围内;不同层位顶煤体完全垮落时距煤壁距离不同,从而保证支架在走向方向上承受上方顶煤体完全破坏后的部分压力;顶底板岩层的垮落区域均位于煤壁较后方采空区内,避免了工作面区域围岩大范围垮落的影响。研究为大段高开采条件下工作面的安全高效生产提供了基础依据,并为进一步提高工作面分段高度作了有益的尝试。

Abstract:For obtaining deformation and damage rules of surrounding rock under the condition of full-mechanized caving mining with large section height in steeply inclined coal seam,this paper monitored deformation of roadways,roof and floor and top-coal in mining face with 22m section height at +564m of Jiangou Colliery,Xinjiang.Monitoring results were showed as follows.Within 20m ahead of face,roof and floor deformation was larger than that of two sides,but it was still controllable.Distances between caving locations of different sublevel top-coal and coal wall were different,which made supports support part pressure after top-coal breakage in the direction of strike.Falling area of roof and floor were within gob,which made face avoid influence of roof large-scale falling.Research results provided basis for safety and high-efficiency mining with large section height and made an attempt for further improving section height.
