摘    要:随着油田开发的不断深入,在抽油机井维护性作业中,杆、管偏磨问题日益突出.以大庆萨南油田为例,萨南油田2004年1-9月份维护性作业施工961井次,因杆、管偏磨施工249井次,占维护性施工总数的25.9%.为此,文章从油井井深结构、采油工艺、生产参数等方面,结合萨南油田开发特点和生产实际情况,分析研究了杆管偏磨现象发生的原因,确定油井生产过程中造成偏磨的主要因素,并提出相应的治理及预防措施,以减少杆、管偏磨现象的发生,对该类油井实施有效的综合治理.

Abstract:With the oilfield development for long time, the problems on off- center wear of casing and sucker rod in maintenance operation of rod - pumped well is very projee-tive. Combining the development features and actual produc tion condition in Sanan Oilfield? the article analyzes the causes of off-center wear of casing and sucker rod from casing program, oil recovery technique, production parameter etc. aspect, and determines main influence factors causing off -center wear. Meanwhile, corresponding prevention measures are proposed to reduce the possibility of off-center wear of sucker rod, and to carry out effective comprehensive treatment the oil well.
