摘    要:以典型的深水半潜式支持平台为研究对象,利用水动力分析软件SESAM探讨平台在不同吃水、波浪条件和碰撞方向对最大碰撞速度的影响,得到波浪与速度的关系。与船舶的经验公式进行对比可知:波浪对速度的影响较小,可为海洋平台靠泊碰撞风险评估提供一定价值的参考。

Abstract:The scenario of typical deep-water semi-submersible support platform with offshore production platform is studied.The factors affecting the colliding velocity of the platform such as the draft,wave conditions and colliding directions,and the relation between the wave and the velocity are studied by SESAM,the hydrodynamic analysis software.It is found that the influence of waves on colliding velocity is smaller compared to that calculated by the empirical formula for ships,which can be a reference for related risk evaluation.
