摘    要:利用ANSYS有限元软件建立有限元数值模型,基于实际工程的关键参数,确定平面K/Y型管节点的8种计算工况,针对每种工况分别施加9种加载方式,得到管节点沿焊缝周向的SCF,并与DNV规范推荐方法的计算值进行对比,结果显示:管节点弦杆位置处的SCF高于撑杆位置的SCF;SCF的极大值出现在管节点的鞍部或冠部周围,加载方式均会对管节点SCF造成影响,但影响不大。

Abstract:ANSYS finite element software is applied to establish the finite element numerical model. Based on the key parameters of practical engineering, eight calculation cases of planar K/Y tubular joints are determined. For each case, nine loading modes are applied and the SCF values along the weld circumferential direction of the tubular joints are obtained. The calculated values in DNV code are compared. The results show that: the SCF value of tubular joint is higher than SCF value of brace; the SCF extreme value of tubular joint occurs near its saddle or crown part. Loading mode will affect the SCF value of tubular joint, but with little effect.
