| 摘 要： | 目的探讨双水平气道正压通气(BiPAP)对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性呼吸衰竭的治疗作用。方法60例COPD急性加重并发呼吸衰竭的患者使用BiPAP呼吸机辅助通气治疗,记录通气前及通气治疗2小时及24小时后呼吸空气条件下患者的血气分析结果。结果治疗前PaCO2为(78±15)mmHg;治疗后24小时PaCO2为(48±8mmHg),无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗前PaO2为(45±11)mmHg,治疗后24小时PaO2为(87±14)mmHg,前后比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论应用BiPAP呼吸机辅助通气治疗COPD急性呼吸衰竭可有效提高PaO2。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effects of bilevel postitive airway pressure(BiPAP) on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) patients with acute respiratory failure.Methods 60 cases of COPD patients with acute respiratory failure were treated by BiPAP.Blood gas analysis before and after ventilation were measured.Results Before and after ventilation,the difference of arterial carbon dioxide tension was not significant(P>0.05),but arterial oxygen tension was elevated obviously(P<0.05).Conclusion Bilevel positive airway pressure ventilation can improve arterial oxygen tension in COPD with acute respiratory failure. |
