浙江省宁波市江北区流动人口肺结核发病状况与耐药分析

目的 了解宁波市江北区流动人口肺结核发病情况及菌株耐药状况,为今后结核病防治工作提供参考依据。 方法 收集2008 - 2010 年期间宁波市江北区疾病预防控制中心(CDC)登记的辖区所有肺结核病例资料进行分析,对涂阳病例的菌株采用绝对浓度间接法对4种抗结核药物异烟肼(H)、利福平(R)、链霉素(S)、乙胺丁醇(E)进行药敏试验。 结果 江北区流动人口肺结核病例占全区总结核病例的50.6%,近2年病例数逐年增加。发病人群主要为青壮年的工人与民工,占68.8%。发现模式主要为因症就诊,占65.2%。流动人口肺结核的总耐药率为37.1%,耐多药率为12.9%,初治耐药率为32.1%,获得性耐药率为66.7%。4种药物耐药率依次为耐利福平(R)占12.9%,耐异烟肼(H)占19.4%,耐链霉素(S)占21.1%、耐乙胺丁醇(E)占6.5%。 结论 流动人口已成为宁波市江北区肺结核患者的主要来源,耐药率较高,需要加强流动人口的结核病防治工作。
