| 摘 要： | 从提高地震监测预报水平,提高防震减灾综合能力,树立科学的防震减灾发展观三部分论述了推进地震监测预报体系建设的有关问题.只有把地震监测预报体系建设好,实现三大工作体系的协调发展和防震减灾综合能力的提高,最大限度地减轻地震灾害损失,才能为我国经济的全面协调和可持续发展贡献力量.

| Abstract: | Some issues about constructing the earthquake monitoring and predicting system are talked about in the three fields: improving the earthquake predicting level,promoting comprehensive disaster-prevention abilities,and establishing scientific disaster-prevention development concepts.The harmonious national economy and sustainable development will benefit if the earthquake monitoring and predicting system is well constructed,the three big working systems are cooperating,the comprehensive disaster-prevention abilities are promoted and the damages are limited to the lowest extent. |
