马来酸依那普利叶酸片对H型高血压患者凝血因子和血栓前状态及血压的影响

目的探讨分析马来酸依那普利叶酸片对H型高血压患者凝血因子、血栓前状态及血压的影响。方法选取2019年1—12月本院收治的H型高血压患者82例,按随机数字表法分为参照组和研究组,各41例。参照组采用马来酸依那普利片治疗,研究组采用马来酸依那普利叶酸片治疗,比较两组治疗前后凝血因子、血栓前状态、Hcy、收缩压(SBP)和舒张压(DBP)。结果治疗前,两组凝血因子(TXB2、Fib、PAI-1和t-PA)、血栓前状态(CD63、CD62p和vWF)、Hcy、收缩压、舒张压比较差异无统计学意义。治疗后,研究组TXB2、Fib和PAI-1明显低于参照组,t-PA明显高于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,CD63、CD62p和vWF水平均明显低于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,Hcy、收缩压和舒张压明显低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论马来酸依那普利叶酸片治疗H型高血压患者效果显著,可有效改善患者凝血因子水平和血栓前状态,降低Hcy和血压水平,具有较高的临床推广价值。

Effects of enalapril maleate folate tablets on coagulation factors,prethrombotic state and blood pressure in patients with type H-type hypertension

Objective To investigate the effect of enalapril maleate folic acid tablets on coagulation factor and prethrombotic state and blood pressure in patients with H-type hypertension.Methods 82 patients with H-type hypertension in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected,and they were divided into control group and study group according to random table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with enalapril maleate tablets,the study group was treated with enalapril maleate folic acid tablets.The improvement of coagulation factor,prethrombotic state,Hcy,systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in coagulation factors(TXB2,Fib,PAI-1 and t-PA),prethrombotic state(CD63,CD62P and vWF),Hcy,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups.After treatment,the levels of coagulation factors TXB2,Fib and PAI-1 in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the levels of t-PA were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the CD63,CD62P and vWF in prethrombotic state were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of Hcy,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of enalapril maleate folic acid tablets on H-type hypertension was significant,it can effectively reduce and improve the level of coagulation factors and prethrombotic state,and is conducive to the reduction of Hcy and blood pressure level,it has high clinical application value.
