论政府维护社会公正的职责及路径

实现公平正义是中国共产党人的一贯主张,是发展中国特色社会主义的重大任务,是广大人民群众的迫切需要,也必然是中国政府的职责。从政府角色的特殊性看,公共性、服务性和权威性决定了它在履行维护社会公正职责中不可替代的作用。从现实社会的发展看,维护社会公正是发展生产力、保持社会稳定、实现"中国梦"的必然选择。加快推进政府自身改革、加强思想道德建设、营造公正的制度环境是政府履行职责,促进社会公正的有效方法和途径。

The Duty and Path for Government to Maintain Social Justice

Chinese Communists have persistently urged to achieve fairness and justice, which is essential to develop socialism with Chinese characteristics.Fairness and justice reflect the hopes and interests of the popular masses and therefore is the work of Chinese government.In terms of the particularity of the role of government, its publicity, servility and authority dictated that government has irreplaceable advantages in performing public duties.With the development of society, maintaining social fairness and justice is an inevitable choice to develop the productive forces, maintain social stability, and achieve “Chinese Dream” .Therefore, we must speed up the reform of the government, promote ideological and ethical progress and establish a fair system environment, which are effective means for government to perform duties and promote social fairness.
