| Abstract: | Management of budget in a hospital is a whole managerial plan for its future general arrangement and an important means of financial management.It enables the managers to carry out planning,corrdinating,controlling and evaluating the achievements.Pursuing actively the overall management of budget is the managerial experience accumulated in many foreign hospitals.It has practical and immediate significance for hospitals to set up modern management system,upgrade management level and strengthen comprehensive competitive force. |
