中美创新集群比较与合作战略研究

发展创新集群已成为推进国家创新体系建设的重要战略支点。加强中美创新集群合作无疑对推动中国创新集群转型升级具有战略意义。文章在明确创新集群概念与内涵的基础上，对中美典型创新集群的发展现状进行了比较，发现了中美创新集群的差距以及导致这些差异的原因，最后从人才链、创新链、产业链、知识链、政策链五个方面提出了推动中美创新集群合作的政策建议。

The Comparasion and Collaborative Strategy of Innovation Cluster between Chinese and American

Developing innovation cluster has emerged as an important strategic measure to promote national innovation system. Strengthening Chinese and American innovation clusters cooperation will undoubtedly has strategic significance in promoting the transformation and upgrading of Chinese innova-tion clusters. On the basis of clearly defining the concept and connotation of innovation clusters,this paper compares the development status of Chinese and American typical innovation clusters,namely Zhongguancun and Silicon Valley,finds the gap between Chinese and American innovation clusters and the reason leading to those differences,and finally puts forward five recommendations to promote Chinese and American innovation cluster cooperation in the aspect of human capital chain,innovation chain,industrial chain,knowledge chain,policy chain.
