肺癌组织CXCR2和CREB的表达及意义

摘    要:目的探讨CXC趋化因子受体2(CXCR2)和cAMP反应原件结合蛋白(CREB)在肺鳞癌和腺癌组织中的表达及其与肺癌发生、发展的关系。方法采用免疫组化Elivision法,检测肺癌组织49例(鳞癌22例,腺癌27例)、癌旁正常组织20例中CXCR2和CREB的表达,并分析其与临床病理因素的关系。结果 CXCR2和CREB在肺癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为69.4%(34/49)和57.1%(28/49),均显著高于癌旁正常组织,差异有显著性(χ2=14.778、10.998,P〈0.05)。CXCR2和CREB表达水平均与肺癌TNM分期和分化程度相关(χ2=4.102-12.042,P〈0.05);CREB在吸烟者中的表达明显高于非吸烟者(χ2=8.057,P〈0.05),在鳞癌组织的表达明显高于腺癌(χ2=13.920,P〈0.05)。肺癌组织中CXCR2和CREB的表达呈正相关(r=0.319,P〈0.05)。结论CXCR2和CREB可能参与了肺癌的发生和发展,为肺癌的靶向治疗提供了新的靶位点。

THE EXPRESSION OF CXCR2 AND CREB IN LUNG CANCER AND ITS SIGNIFICANCE

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expressions of CXCR2 and CREB in squamous cell lung cancer and adenocarcinoma of lung and their relation to the development and progression of the malignancies. Methods The expressions of CXCR2 and CREB were detected by immunohistochemical Elivision method in 49 cases of lung cancer-squamous cell carcinoma 22 cases and adenocarcinoma 27cases-and 20 cases of paraneoplastic normal tissue. Results The positive expression rates of CXCR2 and CREB were 69.4%(34/49)and 57.1%(28/49),respectively,in lung cancer,which were higher than that in paraneoplastic normal tissue(χ2=14.778,10.998;P〈0.05).The expressions of both CXCR2 and CREB were correlated with TNM stage and degree of cell differentiation of lung cancer(χ2=4.102-12.042,P〈0.05).The expression of CREB in smokers was stronger than that in non-smokers(χ2=8.507,P〈0.05),that in squamous cell carcinoma was stronger than that in adenocarcinoma(χ2=13.920,P〈0.05).CXCR2 was positively correlated with CREB(r=0.319,P〈0.05). Conclusion CXCR2 and CREB are probably involved in the occurrence and development of lung cancer,which provide a new target site for targeted therapy of this malignancy.
