| 摘 要： | 为研究宣威女性肺癌中Notch1的表达及其临床意义,采用免疫组化SP法检测54例宣威女性肺癌组织及远端正常肺组织中Notch1的表达,并结合患者临床资料,探讨Notch1在宣威女性肺癌患者中的作用.结果显示,Notch1蛋白主要表达于细胞质,在宣威女性肺癌中的阳性表达显著高于远端正常肺组织(P0.05);Notch1蛋白在不同临床分期、分化程度及淋巴结转移与否患者中的表达差异有统计学意义(P0.05).生存分析显示:Notch1蛋白阳性表达组的中位生存期为27个月,而阴性表达组为38个月(P0.05),无淋巴结转移患者的中位生存期较有淋巴结转移患者长,进展期患者的中位生存期短于早期患者(P0.05),多因素Cox风险回归模型显示:宣威女性肺癌预后判断的独立影响因素为病理分期.提示Notch1基因在宣威女性肺癌组织中存在异常表达升高,且Notch1蛋白阳性表达的患者中位生存时间相对较短.Notch1蛋白的表达水平对于判断宣威女性肺癌患者预后有一定的指导意义. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this study is to appraise the clinical significance of the expression of Notch-1 protein in Xuanwei female lung cancer.SP immunohistochemical staining is performed to investigate Notch-1 protein ex-pression in Xuanwei female lung cancer specimens and the corresponding normal lung tissues,and further to elu-cidate its correlation with clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis.Immunohistochemical staining show that Notch-1 protein mainly expresses in cytoplasm.The Notch-1 expression level of Xuanwei lung cancer tis-sues is significant higher than that of matched normal ones.There are significant differences in the expression of Notch-1 protein among patients with different pathological grade （P〈0. 05 ）,whether with or without lymph＆amp;nbsp;node metastasis（P〈0. 05 ）and the degree of tumor differentiation （P〈0. 05 ）.The survival analysis show that the median survival time of Notch-1 positive-expression and negative-expression patients is 27 months and 38 months,respectively（P〈0. 05 ）.Patients with lymph node metastasis or high pathological grade have signifi-cant shorter median survival time than those without lymph node metastasis（P〈0. 05 ）or low pathological grade （P〈0. 05 ）.Cox regression survival analysis show that pathological grade is a significant independent factor af-fecting prognosis.There is an abnormally up -regulated expression of Notch -1 gene in Xuanwei female lung cancer tissues.Patients with positive Notch-1 expression have a relative shorter median survival time.Notch-1 expression level combining pathological grade can be used as an assessment and prognosis-estimation refer-ence for Xuanwei female lung cancer patients. |
