| 摘 要： | 作为提高风力发电竞争力,解决大规模风机并网带来相关问题的重要举措,构建风力发电预报系统具有重要的意义。基于吉林省风电发展的现状和未来趋势,分析了吉林省建设风力发电预报系统的必要性和紧迫性,提出了吉林省风力发电预报系统的设想,即:建立不同风力发电厂联机共享数据平台,通过目前吉林省调度中心监视控制和数据采集(SCADA)系统对风力发电场在线监视,构建数字化天气预报体系等。

| Abstract: | Wind Power Forecasting System is meaningful for improving competition of wind power and solving problems caused by wind power generation.Based on development and future of wind power generation in Jilin Province,the necessity and urgency are analyzed for developing a set of effective wind power forecasting system.Ideas and frame about Wind Power Forecasting System in Jilin Province are proposed,which include data flat in different wind farms,on-line monitoring SCADA system in power system control center,digital forecasting system for weather service,etc. |
