摘    要:目的 鉴别条叶龙胆、粗糙龙胆和三花龙胆等三种东北栽培龙胆种子,规范中药材生产.方法 采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对条叶龙胆、粗糙龙胆和三花龙胆三种植物发芽种子的POD、SOD、MDH、ADH、CCO进行电泳分析.结果 通过POD电泳可准确鉴别出三种龙胆种子,通过SOD和ADH可分别准确地鉴别出粗糙龙胆和三花龙胆.

Abstract:Objective To discriminate the differences of cultivated gentiana genus seeds and provide basis for Chinese medicine production. Methods Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was used for electrophoretogram of POD, SOD, MDH, ADH and CCO from seeds of Gentiana manshurica, G. scabra and G. triflora. Results According to electrophoretogram of POD, seeds of G. manshurica, G. scabra and G. triflora can be discriminated each other, to SOD and ADH G. scabra and G. triflora can be discriminated from the other plant respectively.
