药品集中招标采购对医院用药的影响与建议

目的：了解药品集中招标采购实施8年来对医疗机构用药情况产生的影响。方法：提取我院2001—2007年采购药品信息，对中标药品的品种、价格、差价率等进行数据统计分析。结果：招标药品品种逐年增加，品种频繁调整，药品价格普遍降低，药品差价率由2001年的34．52％下降到2007年的14．80％。结论：药品集中招标采购使医院药品收入呈下降趋势，建立新的补偿机制，调整招标模式势在必行。

Influence and Suggestion of Centralized Bidding and Purchasing on Hospital Medicine Use

Objective： To understand the influence of the centralized bidding and purchase policy on the drug use in medical institutions in the past 8 years. Methods： From the medicine purchasing information during 2001 - 2007 in our hospital, we analyzed the varieties, prices, and price difference rate of the successful bidding drugs. Results： The varieties of drugs called for tenders were increasing year by year, species frequently adjusted and drug prices generally low. The price difference rate fell from 34.52% in 2001 to 14.80% in 2007. Conclusion： The medicine purchase policy of centralized bidding makes the medicine revenues decline. It is necessary to establish a new compensation mechanism and adjust the present pattern in centralized bidding.
