| 摘 要： | 工程机械动力传动系统的传动效率是制约整机性能的重要因素，在实际工作过程中，会有相当一部分能量消耗在传动系统，形成一定的功率损失，从而影响了整机的传动性能。驱动桥是将转矩分配到行走机构的重要传动部件，驱动桥的功率损失对整个传动系统的效率会产生重要的影响。研制的试验台可以在驱动桥空载时，进行平衡温度及功率损失试验。分析了驱动桥能量损失的原因，为改进驱动桥的设计提供了技术支持。
